GG Catering was launched in 2012 by Goanna Cafe’s Executive Chef Duncan Timmons who saw a gap in the market for his signature style of simple, fresh, flavourful and honest food. Since its launch, Duncan has enjoyed developing and perfecting the business and menus to what they are today. As with our sister business Goanna Cafe we love using only the best and freshest locally sourced and seasonal ingredients across our evolving catering menus.
