At this venue you will not incur any additional charges as we have it covered with a ceremony site set up with your choice of arbour and guest seating, personalised blackboards and signage, love letters, lawn games, garden bar, huge covered heated deck as the dance floor, roving microphones, speakers & raised locations for announcements, festoon lights plus the magical fairy lit tree on the edge of the lawn & vines.
CEREMONY
A private, “amongst the vines” location on the vineyard with a secret entry. You will have exclusive use of the Hay Shed Hill ceremony site for 3 hours.
The ceremony fee includes:
Your choice of arbour (timber, with or without white draping) backdrop for your florist to decorate, signing table (white wash or timber), chairs for bride and groom plus 24 guests (white wash, timber, black vintage),wine barrel water station, set up of ceremony area, ceremony attendant & ceremony site clean up.
VENUE & RECEPTION
Available for exclusive use for up to 130 guests seated or 200 guests cocktail. You will have exclusive use of the Rustico @ Hay Shed Hill venue from 6pm to midnight. Venue hire includes;
- Wine barrels
- Linen napkins
- Wooden teak table tops
- Black chairs for the reception
- Table setup (cutlery, glassware, flatware)
- Wait staff for food and beverage service
- Setup of table locations, menus & name tags to your specification and
- Clean up of reception area.
