“My interest in film began when I was small, entertaining myself with my dads vintage cameras. Born in Busselton, raised on the coast in Yallingup. As I surfed with my family I was immediately drawn to filming the ocean, waves and coastline, I see my work reflects these elements. Returning home from a year of travel I began to follow my passion for film and photography, I started filming professionally when I was 22 years old, commissioned by surf companies just as the internet revolution began. I have since developed an emotional and mature creative style to my film making. My style is documentary, I capture things as they happen. Seemingly invisible, I tend to dive in without notice, to capture those truly natural scenes. I am a quiet achiever. If this sounds like you I think we will get along just fine.” Wyatt.
